Assam CM Mocks INDI Alliance's Claims Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma injected humor into the political discourse by taking a playful jibe at the INDI alliance, suggesting its existence not on Earth but in celestial bodies like the Moon and Sun. His quip follows recent assertions by the Congress party regarding the alliance's projected success in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Sarma wittily remarked, "The INDI alliance is intact, not on Earth, but perhaps in the Moon and Sun." He humorously pointed out the absence of several parties like TMC and Janta Dal United on Earth, making it impossible to detect the INDI alliance with normal eyes. This playful banter adds a lighthearted touch to the intense political climate as elections draw near.

Furthermore, Sarma emphasized the confidence and clear identity of Assamese and Indian people in approaching the elections. He highlighted the proactive stance of not being defensive but participating wholeheartedly. "Assamese and Indian people will not fight this election from a defensive position," Sarma asserted, signaling a spirited and determined approach.
